Designed to change your mind.

WEAR IT, LIVE IT, REPEAT IT.

CHOOSE YOUR PATTERN

Did you know that 95% of your thoughts are on repeat, just like a program running software.

The same mental loops run on autopilot everyday. Trying to change your thoughts with more thoughts? Not easy. The shortcut: surround yourself with beautiful patterns that you can’t ignore. Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to rewire itself — it happens through repetition. Your environment literally shapes your brain. Tattoos? Hidden beneath clothing . Phone reminders? Easily ignored. Patterns you wear and live with? Unavoidable. Your brain sees them again and again.

Pattern Repeat is a term used in textiles - the way a design repeats across fabric. But it goes a little deeper than that.

Most environments shape our thoughts without us noticing. Pattern Repeat designs them with intention. It evolved from a need for something simple - physical reminders that could gently shift the way we feel. What emerged is a quiet intersection of design, neuroscience, and healing. And the meaning? Pattern — patronus — guide Repeat — repetere — to return again To return to your guide. Again and again.

What thoughts are you repeating?

Why Pattern Repeat?

"Pattern Repeat began in a dark time.

A Parkinson's diagnosis. A search for purpose. A need to find solid ground.

It came from the meeting of two things I'd always known — design and healing — and one thing I was learning to rebuild: my own sense of worth.

I needed daily reminders. Words close to my skin. Beauty that meant something.

So I made them.

The ground is still shaky. But I have tools now. And I thought you might need some too.

We are made of the patterns we repeat. I chose new ones. Pattern Repeat exists to help you do the same."

Love,

Kerryn. xx
